Committee Meeting Minutes July 13, 2010

July 13, 2010

Present: Karen Ransom Thompson, Ann Marie Teresko Brobst, Gary Luttner, Tom Becker, Scott Fitch, Cliff Feightner

This was our last meeting before the reunion, which occurs on July 31.

In between quite a bit of catching up, we discussed what was needed for the picnic to be a success. Gary had written Cliff and Karen an email with many good ideas of what would be necessary to ensure a good time.

The following people will be in charge of providing these items:

Scott Fitch will provide BBQ utensils and grill brush along with charcoal and lighter.

Ann Marie Brobst will supply hot pads, stapler, and aluminum foil.

Gary Luttner will provide yard cart and power strip.

Karen will bring corn hole game and music.

Cliff will go to GFS and get hot dogs, hamburger patties, buns, and condiments.

Also to be got from GFS, Cliff will be garbage bags, paper plates, cups, table covers, plastic silverware, and napkins. Most above items will be provided with the money sent in.

We want everyone to bring some kind of covered dish and your own beverage, along with lawn furniture.

If today's meeting was any indication, we will have a good time at the reunion picnic. We are looking very forward to seeing everyone.

I want to thank those who have been spreading the news about the reunion by word of mouth. If you have any contact with our classmates make sure they know we are going to have a get together on July 31 at Allardale Park in Granger.
